My own path has been anything but linear. I started in government consulting, made a career transition when parenthood reshaped my priorities, moved into human capital, and am now living out a long-held dream: helping people find clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers. That winding road taught me something I carry into every coaching relationship — growth doesn't happen despite our detours. It happens because of them.
